Information on the processing of personal data compliant to articles 13-14 EU Reg. 2016/679

As the owners of the processing of your personal data, compliant to and for the purposes of the EU Reg. 2016/679 hereafter 'GDPR', we hereby inform you that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of data subjects with respect to data processing personal and that this treatment will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

Types of data collected

Among the Personal Data collected, independently or through third parties, there are: Telephone Number, Email, Name, Surname, Profession, Province, ZIP Code, City, Company name, Address, Cookie and Usage data.

Personal Data can be entered voluntarily by the User, or collected automatically during the use of this Application.

Any use of Cookies - or other tracking tools - by this Application or by the owners of third party services used by this Application, unless otherwise specified, has the purpose of identifying the User and registering their preferences for purposes strictly related to the provision of the service requested by the User.

Failure by the User to provide some Personal Data could prevent this Application from providing its services.

The User takes responsibility for the Personal Data of third parties published or shared through this Application and guarantees to have the right to communicate or disseminate them, freeing the Owner from any liability to third parties.

Method and place of processing the collected data

Method of treatment

Each treatment takes place in compliance with the methods referred to in articles 6, 32 of the GDPR; the Data Controller processes Users' Personal Data by adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data. The treatment is carried out using IT and / or telematic tools, with organizational methods and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated.

In addition to the Owner, in some cases, categories of agents involved in the organization of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or even external subjects (such as third party technical service providers, postal couriers) may have access to your data, hosting provider, IT companies, communication agencies) appointed as Data Processors by the Owner.

Purpose of treatment

Your data will be processed to fulfill contractual, legislative / tax obligations and for marketing purposes.

The processing of functional data for the fulfillment of fiscal or contractual obligations is deemed necessary for a correct management of the relationship and their transfer is mandatory to implement the purposes indicated above. The Data Controller also informs that any non-communication, or incorrect communication, of one of the mandatory information, can cause the inability of the Data Controller to guarantee the adequacy of the treatment itself.


Data will be communicated exclusively to competent and duly appointed subjects for the performance of the services necessary for the correct management of the relationship, with a guarantee of protection of the rights of the interested party.

Dissemination and Retention Period

Personal data will not be disclosed in any way outside the persons in charge of processing.

In compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 of GDPR, the retention period of your personal data is established for a period of time not exceeding the performance of the services provided.

You have the right to obtain from the Data Controller the cancellation (right to be forgotten), the limitation, the updating, the rectification, the portability, the opposition to the treatment of the personal data that concern you, as well as in general can exercise all the foreseen rights by articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the GDPR.

 The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

 The interested party has the right to obtain the indication regarding:

  1. the origin of personal data;
  2. the purposes and methods of treatment;
  3. the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
  4. the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed in accordance with article 5, paragraph 2;
  5. of all subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.

 The interested party has the right to obtain:

  1. updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
  2. cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
  3. attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where this fulfillment proves impossible o involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
  4. data portability.

  The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:

  1. for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
  2. to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
